This year I’m taking on the Great Birmingham Run to raise money for St John Ambulance 🚑

St John Ambulance volunteers give their time to provide first aid, support communities, and step in when people need help the most. The training and services they provide save lives every single day.

Running 10K is a challenge for me, but it’s nothing compared to the incredible work their volunteers do. If you’re able to support, donate, or share, it would mean a lot. Every contribution helps them continue their lifesaving work 💛
